Natural Hair Loss Treatment For MEN & WOMEN

Hair fall is one of the most common problems we face today. What is also common is our lack of knowledge about the wonderful and simple ways through which we can treat the condition.
What are causes and risk factors for hair loss?

Because there are many types of hair loss, finding the cause can be challenging. This review will cover the most common causes of hair loss occurring on normal unscarred scalp skin. The medical term for hair loss is alopecia.
Most hair loss is not associated with systemic or internal disease, nor is poor diet a frequent factor. Hair may simply thin as a result of predetermined genetic factors and the overall aging process. Many men and women may notice mild physiologic thinning of hair starting in their 30s and 40s. Life vicissitudes, including illness, emotional trauma, protein deprivation (during strict dieting), and hormonal changes like those in pregnancy, puberty, and menopause may cause hair loss.
What causes hair fall?

Hormonal changes associated with pregnancy, childbirth, discontinuing the use of birth control pills, and menopause can cause temporary hair loss. Medical conditions that can cause hair loss include thyroid diseasealopecia areata (anautoimmune disease that attacks hair follicles), and scalp infections like ringworm.

9- Drinking more water in a day

The most important thing we can do for our body is drink water. The Institute of Medicine has determined that the needed daily intake of water for hair growth for men and women is somewhere between two and three liters. Do you get enough water on a daily basis for your hair to grow healthily?

Water for Hair Growth:

  1. Much like a plant needs water to grow, so does hair. Water is a key ingredient that supports vitamins, which contribute to your hair growth.
  2. Believe it or not, but water makes up almost 25% of the weight of a single strand of hair. Drinking at least two liters of water a day will help the strength of your hair, increasing growth.
  3. Dehydration immediately halts hair growth. As previously stated, our hair needs moisture (preferably soft water for your hair). When it doesn’t have the moisture it needs, your hair ends will split or become brittle. This makes it difficult for hair to grow. It is possible for one’s hair to stop growing completely if you’re not drinking enough water.
  4. Drinking water also triggers the energy that is transmitted at the scalp that runs to your hair’s end. When the roots are hydrated, this will eliminate problems like dandruff.
